How we collect, use, and protect your personal information at Pizza Lab Fsd.

Last Updated: 19 July 2026
Applies to Pizza Lab Fsd and all its services.

At Pizza Lab Fsd, your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, create an account, or place an order — and how we use, share, and protect that information.

By using our services, you agree to the practices described below. If you don't agree with any part of this policy, please stop using the site and contact us with your concerns.

1. Information We Collect

When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, we collect information that helps us serve you better. This includes:

• Personal details: name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and (if provided) date of birth for birthday rewards.

• Order data: items purchased, payment method (Cash on Delivery / Card), delivery location, order notes, and order history.

• Account data: login credentials (password stored securely using industry-standard hashing), Google OAuth ID (if you sign in with Google), and verification records where enabled.

• Loyalty & rewards data: PL Points earned, redeemed, or expired against your account.

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited on our website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Processing and delivering your orders across Faisalabad.

• Confirming orders via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

• Sending order status updates (confirmed, preparing, out for delivery, delivered).

• Managing your account, saved addresses, order history, and PL Points loyalty balance.

• Sending occasional promotional messages about deals and new items (only if you opt in).

• Improving our menu, service quality, and website experience based on customer behaviour.

• Complying with legal obligations and preventing fraud.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do NOT sell your personal information to any third party. Ever.

We only share your data in these limited situations:

• With our delivery riders — only the details needed to fulfill your order (name, phone, address).

• With payment processors — only if you choose online payment (we do not store your full card details on our servers).

• With Google — if you choose to sign in via Google OAuth (subject to Google's own privacy policy).

• With law enforcement — only when legally required by Pakistani authorities.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use small text files called cookies (and similar technologies) to make the site work properly. Specifically:

• Essential cookies: to keep you logged in, remember your cart, and maintain your session.

• Preference cookies: to remember your saved addresses and settings.

• Analytics cookies: to understand which pages are most useful (aggregated, non-personal data).

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site (cart, login, checkout) may stop working.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — we never store them in plain text.

• Sensitive traffic is transmitted over HTTPS (SSL encryption).

• Access to customer data is restricted to authorized staff only.

• Our database is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure (Turso / libSQL).

However, no online service is 100% secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.

• Correct any inaccurate or outdated information.

• Request deletion of your account and personal data (subject to legal record-keeping obligations for completed orders).

• Withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time.

• Opt out of birthday reward SMS/calls.

To exercise any of these rights, simply email or call us using the details at the bottom of this page.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for customers aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always show when it was last revised. Continued use of Pizza Lab Fsd after changes means you accept the updated policy.
